Since I couldn't get any sort of consensus on changing the look of the forum, I've reverted to the old stand-by - with one slight difference. I'm going to keep the sidebar for a couple of reasons.
1. I've found the "Recent Post" section of the sidebar very useful and that's been confirmed to me by others.
2. I've got a place where I can put links to the Recruiting Martix classes.

Click on the post in the recent posts thread in the sidebar on the right.

How about an edit feature? I saw one with a previous version but I can't find one now... I wanted to edit my bad links in the Wikipedia post.

As far as I can tell, there's no way to do it in this format and I'm not sure I saw it in any of the others either.
